WORKING DAY

Our HQ working day is Monday - Friday, 10am-8pm. All orders placed before 8pm will be delivered on the next 48 working hours. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. 

Please note that delivery service will not be available during weekends. Saturday delivery is only available for orders within West Malaysia, that are placed before 6pm on Friday to ensure delivery. 

Some postcodes are exempt from next working day delivery. Delivery times may be 1-2 days in some occasions

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped locally from KL, Malaysia.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ?

Standard delivery will take 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 2-5 business days for East Malaysia respectively. It will take 7-14 business days for international delivery.
