We hope you’re delighted with your order. We understand, however, that sometimes certain pieces just don't work for you and you would like to make an exchange. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 7 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

How To Exchange
  • Submit an exchange request through our instagram DM (@redbeancloset).
  • We will guide on how to complete your exchange process.

Customer Responsibility:
Both the cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) itself are your responsibility so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to do an exchange and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
If you received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, we’ll refund the original order value plus the cost of your return shipping once the items have been inspected.
Specific Exchange Conditions
When making return for exchange, please bear in mind that:
  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition and with the original packaging+hang tag.
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the returned items. Please note that we will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return shipping charges.
Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refund at this time. Item(s) cannot be refund once it's sold. However, we are working hard to enable refund as soon as possible. Stay tuned.

  • Only approved exchange requests are accepted.
  • Sales item are not exchangeable.
  • We reserves the right to refuse exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the exchange requirements as outlined in the exchange policy.
